Mitchell Ehrlich, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Ehrlich is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (Physiatry). He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehab since 1987. He is a graduate of Lafayette College in 1978 with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry and SUNY Downstage College of Medicine in 1982.

Doreen Dimanche-Smith, FNP-C, APRN, MSN, BSN

Dorreen SmithDoreen has a paralegal degree and legal studies. Doreen received her BSN and MSN with honors, both from Stony Brook University. She is currently in the process of completing her Doctorate in Executive Leadership. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Doreen has experience in pediatrics and adult ICU, and emergency rooms. In 2020, Doreen opened Thrive Medical of Smithtown, NY. After successfully managing the office as the President in 2021, Doreen became the Chief Medical Officer for all the Thrive Medical locations. Doreen is a mother to two step-children and mother of four children. She enjoys being a mom, laughing, shopping, dancing battles with her kids, singing Whitney Houston songs, and spending time with her husband and family.

Gabrielle Herard, FNP-C, APRN, MSN, BSN

Gabrielle Herard, FNP-CGabrielle graduated from Stony Brook University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a Concentration in Environmental Health. Subsequently, she completed her master’s degree in Nursing, earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification, and became a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Married, Gabrielle has a daughter and enjoys traveling to different countries and experiencing new cultures.

Rolande Olivier, FNP-C

Rolande OlivierRolande Olivier is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner; she received her Bachelor’s Degree at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona, then went on to get her Master’s in Nursing from Long Island University,  graduating as a Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Rolande worked with the geriatric population, then continued her career as a trauma nurse in a trauma II center. as a Nurse and nurse practitioner, Rolande has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings. Rolande enjoys writing short stories and reading different genres in her spare time.

Leonard Framson, PT

Leonard Framson, PTLeonard, known as Lenny, is a physical therapist with 36 years of experience, holds multiple performance enhancement certifications, and is experienced working with individuals from youth to adults, amateurs to professionals. His extensive experience has allowed him to become well-versed and very successful in physical therapy, rehabilitation, and fitness for individuals and athletes.

Luis Yepes, MS, LAc

Luis, originally from Puerto Rico, found a passion for acupuncture after the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria in 2017. He received his Masters of Science in Acupuncture from the New York College of Health Professions and has experience in effectively treating orthopedic pain, allergies, and neurological conditions.

Alyssa Stare, MS, LAC, LMT

Alyssa Stare, LAC, LMTAlyssa holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the New York College of Health Professions and is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist.

Anthony Pusateri, DC

Anthony PusateriDr. Anthony was born & raised on Long Island and lives in Suffolk County with his wife Joy, their daughter Isabella, and two dogs….Romeo (Maltese) and Coco (Yorkie). Dr. Anthony is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College in 1994 and has been practicing for 25 years.  He has certification as a Golf Injury Specialist, and Dr. Pusateri has completed Northwestern’s Spinecare Chiropractic Rehabilitation Program, as well as, training from NYCC in Flexion Distraction Technique. Dr. Pusateri’s wellness practice Philosophy is based on five major disciplines to help individuals improve the quality of their lives: Chiropractic Care, Massage, Meditation, Nutrition, and Exercise. In addition to his studies and practice, Dr. Pusateri enjoys reading, playing golf, and spending time with his family. He has taught at the New School for Massage and Acupuncture and more recently, an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Farmingdale, teaching Wellness Concepts and Principles.
